  • Deliver exceptional customer service by managing enquiries, resolving issues & coordinating solutions
  • Join a supportive, close-knit team with strong culture, onsite perks & variety in your day-to-day
  • Build your career with real growth opportunities and exposure across the business

Are you someone who thrives on helping others, enjoys solving problems, and wants exposure across a large business with a variety of teams and challenges? This is your chance to join a fast-paced, supportive team where no two days are the same, and where your career can evolve.

We’re looking for a Service Delivery Representative to join our team in Tullamarine. This is a junior opportunity with genuine progression, designed for someone with a great attitude, strong communication skills, and a willingness to learn.

What you'll do:

As the first point of contact for customers, you’ll play a key part in delivering exceptional service and ensuring everything runs smoothly. You’ll manage a mix of calls, emails, and service requests, working closely with both internal teams and external stakeholders.
This role is designed to build your capability across multiple business areas, with opportunities to move into sales, key accounts, and higher-stakes portfolios over time.

Key responsibilities include:

  • Handling inbound and outbound customer enquiries
  • Managing high-volume email and call queues
  • Resolving service issues and coordinating solutions
  • Maintaining customer accounts and accurate data records
  • Engaging customers to support retention and identify opportunities
  • Liaising with internal teams, service providers, and customers nationwide

What You Will Bring:

We value attitude over experience - you could come from retail, hospitality, admin, or already have an office-based customer service background.

You’ll be successful if you:

  • Are confident communicating with a wide range of people
  • Have strong written and verbal communication skills
  • Are proactive - someone who asks, “How can I help?”
  • Can manage your time and prioritise effectively
  • Show initiative and aren’t afraid to learn on the job
  • Are adaptable and open to developing new skills across different areas
  • Experience with a CRM system is helpful, but not a deal-breaker

What you’ll love when you join us:

Supportive Environment: Be part of a team that values safety, respect, and collaboration, and learn from a manager who truly wants you to succeed
Career Growth: Opportunities for further training and career advancement within the company
Variety: Each day will bring new lessons and challenges in a large business with multiple teams, stakeholders, and moving parts
Predictable Hours: Mon-Fri, with shifts between 8am-5pm. You will also participate in a rotating public holiday roster and be rewarded with time in lieu
Free on-site parking in a convenient location right near the freeway. 5 days office-based
