Role Details

Working across Visy’s Corrugated Packaging network, you’ll provide national engineering leadership to improve corrugator performance, reliability, and safety across multiple sites.

You’ll act as the subject matter expert for corrugator systems, partnering with site engineering and operations teams to diagnose complex issues, support installations and major upgrades, and embed consistent maintenance and operational standards. A key focus of the role is building internal capability - reducing reliance on OEMs through structured training, SOPs, and knowledge transfer.

This role plays a critical part in improving uptime, reducing unplanned downtime, and driving consistent engineering standards across the network, particularly across BHS corrugator systems.

What You Will Bring

• Extensive corrugator experience (BHS systems highly regarded)
• Strong hands-on fault finding and troubleshooting capability
• Proven experience in installation, commissioning, and major upgrades
• Ability to lead technically and uplift capability across multiple sites
• Strong stakeholder engagement and communication skills
• Mechanical/Fitter trade or engineering background
