About the Role:

Reporting to the State Logistics Manager, you will step into a pivotal role where your organisation and attention to detail create seamless, efficient logistics and warehouse operations. As a Logistics Coordinator, your ability to bring structure, clarity, and flow will ensure everything runs smoothly and on time.

In this role, you naturally take ownership of coordinating bookings, managing stock accuracy, maintaining clear documentation, and aligning schedules with precision. You thrive on keeping operations moving forward while creating strong, supportive relationships with drivers and warehouse teams.

Key Responsibilities:

• Coordinate fleet scheduling and delivery planning
• Manage transport allocations and stock transfers
• Oversee warehouse dispatch activities including picking, packing, and returns
• Maintain accurate inventory records and conduct stock checks
• Prepare and manage transport and export/import documentation
• Liaise with drivers, carriers, warehouse staff, and customers
• Ensure compliance with safety standards and Chain of Responsibility (CoR)
• Identify opportunities for improvement and help elevate operational performance

What You’ll Bring:

• Proven experience in a coordinator or business support role within logistics, transport, or warehouse
• Strong knowledge of containerised freight, rail operations or port processes
• Knowledge of OH&S, CoR, and NHVR regulations
• Confidence using systems such as SAP, MT Data, WMS, or TMS
• A proactive mindset and desire to continuously improve processes
• Clear communication skills and the ability to connect with people at all levels
