As the Team Lead, you’ll be responsible for ensuring smooth operations, maintaining safety standards, and driving high performance within our fast-paced manufacturing environment. This position combines active on-the-floor leadership, working closely with the team to ensure strong engagement, open communication, and efficient day-to-day operations.

• Shift Rotational Roster: 12-hour shifts on a 4-week rotation, including both day and night shifts, with a full week off every cycle
• Pay details: base rate + shift loading + overtime
• Location: Yatala, Queensland

What you’ll do:

• Lead and supervise a team of trade and non trade members to achieve daily targets.
• Ensure compliance with safety, quality, and operational standards.
• Collaborate with maintenance and quality teams to resolve issues promptly.
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives to enhance efficiency and reduce waste.
• Operate and monitor production machines and equipment

What you will bring: 

• Previous experience in a leadership role within manufacturing or FMCG.
• Strong understanding of production processes and safety protocols.
• Excellent communication and problem-solving skills.
• Ability to motivate and develop a team in a high-volume environment.
• Flexibility to work rotating shifts (including nights and weekends).
• Forklift license (desirable)
