Reporting to the Centre Manager, this role supports the running of the day to day operations of our Sort Centre based in Penrith. This is a full time permanent position working day shift hours.

What You Will Do:

• Overlook and co-ordinate daily operations of machines.
• Ensure machines are running efficiently meeting KPI schedules and customer requirements.
• Report on attendance, absenteeism, downtime, and daily targets
• Audits, quality checks, and light maintenance.
• Operation of Counterbalance forklifts
• Ensure a high level of safety; overseeing the cleanliness of equipment and areas, codes of practice, and follow relevant procedures.
• Uphold and adhere to company policies and procedures in Environmental, Health and Safety and HACCP.

What You Will Bring to the Team: 

• Demonstrated experience of leading a team.
• Current Forklift Ticket with experience loading and unloading trucks.
• Have a strong attention to detail.
• Excellent communication skills.
• Great work ethic with the ability to work autonomously or part of a team.
• Adhere, uphold, and maintain OHS policies and procedures.
