The Opportunity
We’re looking for a Technical Administrator to join our VISY Board National Technical team, based at Yatala. This role is vital in supporting our technical team with administration, compliance, and reporting, ensuring smooth operations and adherence to industry standards.
What You’ll Be Doing
- Providing administrative support across technical and compliance functions, including reporting, data entry, and document control.
- Providing internal support related to sustainability, quality, and product information requests from the marketplace.
- Preparing and distributing routine technical reports, analysing data, and maintaining records.
- Supporting process improvements, identifying efficiencies, and ensuring best practices.
What You’ll Bring
- At least 2 years of experience in an administrative or technical support role.
- Strong organisational skills with the ability to prioritise tasks and meet deadlines.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook, Teams).
- Experience in data analysis, reporting, and maintaining business systems.
- Strong communication and stakeholder management skills.
Bonus Skills (Desirable, but not essential)
- Familiarity with sustainability metrics and reporting.
- Background in manufacturing, FMCG, or packaging industries.
- Understanding of ISO 9001, HACCP, or other industry standards
- Knowledge of compliance, quality assurance, or regulatory requirements.
