Visy Global Logistics is expanding across Asia and we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth in Vietnam.
This is a genuine hunter role for a logistics sales professional who thrives on winning new customers, opening new trade lanes and building long term commercial partnerships.

What you'll do
- Identify, pursue and win new freight forwarding and logistics opportunities
- Grow revenue through Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Landside Logistics solutions
- Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through Salesforce CRM
- Develop strong relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers and supply chain decision makers
- Lead customer meetings, commercial presentations, tenders and RFP responses
- Develop new trade lanes and support regional growth initiatives
- Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Pricing and Product teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions
- Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities
We're looking for someone who has
- 3+ years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales within Vietnam
- Proven success winning new business and growing customer portfolios
- Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight and integrated logistics solutions
- Existing network within sectors such as Hi-Tech, FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, Industrial or Manufacturing
- Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
- Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM systems
- Professional communication skills in Vietnamese and English
Bonus points for
- Experience with Customs Brokerage, Warehousing or Contract Logistics
- Knowledge of CargoWise One, Salesforce or similar platforms
- Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics or Business
