Visy Global Logistics is expanding across Asia and we're looking for an ambitious Business Development Manager to accelerate our growth in Vietnam.

This is a genuine hunter role for a logistics sales professional who thrives on winning new customers, opening new trade lanes and building long term commercial partnerships.

What you'll do

• Identify, pursue and win new freight forwarding and logistics opportunities
• Grow revenue through Air Freight, Ocean Freight and Landside Logistics solutions
• Build and manage a pipeline of qualified opportunities through Salesforce CRM
• Develop strong relationships with importers, exporters, manufacturers and supply chain decision makers
• Lead customer meetings, commercial presentations, tenders and RFP responses
• Develop new trade lanes and support regional growth initiatives
• Collaborate with Operations, Customer Service, Pricing and Product teams to deliver outstanding customer solutions
• Monitor market trends, competitor activity and emerging opportunities

We're looking for someone who has

• 3+ years' experience in freight forwarding or logistics sales within Vietnam
• Proven success winning new business and growing customer portfolios
• Strong knowledge of Air Freight, Ocean Freight and integrated logistics solutions
• Existing network within sectors such as Hi-Tech, FMCG, Retail, Healthcare, Industrial or Manufacturing
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Experience managing a sales pipeline and CRM systems
• Professional communication skills in Vietnamese and English

Bonus points for

• Experience with Customs Brokerage, Warehousing or Contract Logistics
• Knowledge of CargoWise One, Salesforce or similar platforms
• Degree in Logistics, Supply Chain, International Trade, Economics or Business
