Join Visy's Talent Acquisition and People & Culture team in a 2-month fixed term opportunity where you'll gain practical exposure to recruitment, onboarding, administration and people processes within a large, complex organisation.

This role is ideal for a recent graduate or final-year student looking to build hands-on Human Resources experience and strengthen their professional skills.

What You'll Be Doing

• Supporting recruitment activities, including job advertising, interview coordination and candidate communication.
• Engaging with hiring managers to understand their recruitment needs.
• Reviewing applications and conducting phone screens.
• Maintaining candidate records within the recruitment system.

What We're Looking For

• Recently completed or currently completing a degree in Human Resources, Business, Commerce, Psychology or a related discipline.
• Strong communication and organisational skills.
• High attention to detail.
• Sound Microsoft Office skills, including Excel.
• A positive attitude and willingness to learn.
• Ability to manage confidential information professionally.
