We're looking for a Master Data Analyst to join our growing Centre of Excellence in Ho Chi Minh City and play a pivotal role in maintaining the quality, integrity and governance of master data across our global operations.

This is more than a data maintenance role. You'll help shape how master data is managed across multiple enterprise platforms, influence business processes, drive automation opportunities and support major transformation initiatives across our global logistics network.

What you'll do

• Lead the creation, maintenance and governance of master data across multiple business systems
• Ensure data accuracy, consistency and integrity through ongoing monitoring and quality controls
• Conduct data audits, cleansing activities and root cause analysis to improve data quality
• Establish and maintain data governance frameworks, standards and documentation
• Partner with stakeholders to understand business requirements and implement data solutions
• Support major projects involving system implementations, migrations and business transformation
• Identify opportunities to streamline processes through automation and improved workflows
• Develop dashboards, reporting tools and performance insights that support decision making
• Drive continuous improvement initiatives that enhance operational efficiency and data quality
• Act as a trusted advisor on master data structures, controls and governance practices

We're looking for someone who has

• Experience in Master Data Management, Data Governance, Business Systems or a related discipline
• Strong understanding of enterprise platforms such as ERP, TMS, WMS or logistics systems
• Experience improving data quality, governance processes and operational controls
• Strong analytical and problem solving capability
• Experience working with cross functional stakeholders and managing competing priorities
• High attention to detail and commitment to data accuracy
• Strong communication skills in English
• Ability to work effectively in a fast paced and evolving environment

Bonus points for

• Experience with CargoWise, Power BI, Power Apps, Power Automate or SQL
• Exposure to logistics, freight forwarding or supply chain environments
• Experience supporting system implementations, data migrations or transformation projects
• Lean, Six Sigma or continuous improvement qualifications
• Bachelor's degree in Information Systems, Data Analytics, Supply Chain, Logistics, Business or a related field
