Role Details:
Reporting to the Leading Hand, you will be responsible for manually sorting recyclable materials to support production targets, maintain housekeeping standards and contribute positively to site performance.
What you'll do:
- Sort recyclable materials into designated streams on conveyor systems
- Remove contamination, bulky items and dangerous goods safely and correctly
- Monitor product quality and escalate issues or concerns to the Leading Hand
- Support efficient plant operations and production targets
- Assist with general site cleaning and material removal
