The Opportunity
Based at our Coolaroo site, you’ll play a key role in supporting Visy Automation’s service and operations teams. This position is focused on maintaining strong warehouse discipline - ensuring stock is in the right place, orders are fulfilled correctly, and systems reflect what’s happening on the floor.

You’ll work closely with technicians, customer service and sales to keep parts and equipment moving, while also identifying opportunities to improve processes, organisation and overall efficiency.

Key Responsibilities
• Manage goods receipting and dispatch, ensuring accuracy in SAP and timely processing
• Pick, pack and dispatch customer orders in line with service requirements
• Coordinate freight and transport bookings for efficient delivery
• Maintain accurate inventory, including stock transfers and stock movement tracking
• Conduct cycle counts and support annual stocktake activities
• Monitor stock levels to minimise shortages and overstocking
• Operate forklifts safely and support material handling activities
• Maintain a clean, organised and safe warehouse environment
• Support general warehouse duties as required

What You’ll Bring
• Experience in a warehouse, storeperson or logistics role
• Forklift licence (essential)
• Strong attention to detail and accuracy
• Experience picking and packing orders
• Understanding of inventory and stock control processes
• Ability to manage time and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Basic computer skills (SAP experience highly regarded)
