 About the Role

Reporting to the Customer Service Manager – Linehaul, this customer‑centric role is the key link between Visy Logistics and our external customers across Australia. You will play a critical part in delivering a consistent, reliable, and high‑quality customer experience across our national Linehaul network. Managing enquiries, service updates, and operational issues, you will work closely with Operations, Allocations, Fleet, and Key Account Managers to ensure customers are informed, supported, and confident in our service delivery.

What you will do:

• Act as the primary point of contact for customer enquiries, requests, and service updates
• Provide clear, timely, and transparent communication, during delays or disruptions
• Manage and track operational issues and see them through to resolution
• Provide daily service updates, ETA visibility, and delivery tracking
• Work closely with internal teams and carriers to ensure accurate information flow
• Maintain accurate customer data, site requirements, and compliance documentation
• Support customer reporting and identify trends or improvement opportunities

What you will bring:

• Experience in customer service within transport or logistics
• Knowledge of metro or linehaul operations
• Familiarity to logistics systems such as TMS or tracking platforms (e.g. P44)
• Strong organisational and time management skills, with the ability to manage multiple priorities
• Proficiency in Microsoft Excel, and ability to prepare reports on service performance & operational insights
