Strategic Solutions Manager

Role Details:

As a Strategic Solutions Manager (SSM), you’ll support key customer relationships alongside Senior Business Managers while managing a portfolio of nominated accounts. You’ll play a hands-on role in coordinating engagements, driving projects, and embedding consistent ways of working across tools, systems, and reporting.

What You’ll Do:

• Build and maintain strong customer relationships to support growth and performance
• Coordinate engagement activities, including meetings, planning, and follow-ups
• Partner with customers to deliver innovative, fit-for-purpose packaging solutions
• Manage projects end-to-end, from pipeline through to delivery and reporting
• Collaborate with NPD, engineering, and commercial teams on improvement initiatives
• Develop insights, systems, and reporting to support business performance and decision-making

What You Will Bring:

• Degree-qualified in Business, Marketing, Engineering, or a related discipline
• Strong stakeholder engagement skills, with the ability to influence across teams and customers
• Proven project management capability, delivering outcomes across multiple initiatives
• Experience in account management or customer-facing roles
• Exposure to FMCG, packaging, or product development environments (highly regarded)
• Passion for innovation, continuous improvement, and new product development
