The Opportunity
Visy Plastics is seeking a Head of Quality to lead quality across our AuNZ manufacturing network, spanning rigid and rPlastics Operations.

Based at either Clayton (VIC) or Ingleburn (NSW), this role operates as the national quality lead, partnering with operations and site leadership to strengthen systems, manage cost of quality and improve customer outcomes across multiple sites.

This is a senior leadership role requiring strong influence across a complex manufacturing environment to drive consistent performance and capability uplift.

Key Responsibilities
• Lead quality performance across the Plastics AuNZ network
• Manage cost of quality, including stock on hold and claims
• Own quality governance, risk and audit frameworks
• Standardise quality systems, processes and reporting
• Partner with operations to improve quality and service outcomes
• Lead customer quality issues, escalation and resolution
• Oversee supplier and imported product quality
• Drive continuous improvement and problem solving
• Build capability across the network
