About the Role

Based at Smithfield, this role supports Visy Board NSW across our Smithfield and Warwick Farm sites, combining customer account support with sales administration responsibilities. You’ll assist in managing a portfolio of SME customers while supporting the external sales team to deliver strong commercial outcomes and high levels of customer service.

You’ll act as a key link between customers and internal teams, ensuring accurate data, timely processing of orders and quotes, and smooth coordination across production, design and customer service. This is a fast-paced role that requires strong communication, attention to detail and the ability to manage competing priorities.

Key Responsibilities

• Support customer accounts by handling enquiries, reorders, pricing queries and maintaining accurate account information
• Prepare and follow up quotes, tenders and documentation, ensuring accuracy and timely turnaround
• Provide administrative and project support to the sales team across multiple stakeholders
• Coordinate with production, design, quality and customer service to ensure smooth order fulfilment
• Manage samples, approvals and track project progress
• Maintain accurate CRM data and support reporting requirements
• Act as the key link between customers and internal operations

What You Will Bring

• Experience in sales administration, clerical or customer service roles
• Strong attention to detail and high level of accuracy in data and documentation
• Ability to manage multiple tasks and priorities in a fast-paced environment
• Strong communication skills and confidence working with customers and internal teams
• Experience using CRM or business systems (desirable)
• Exposure to manufacturing or packaging environments (highly regarded)
