What you will do:

As a Key Account Manager, you will play a critical role in managing and expanding strategic relationships with Visy Logistics’ new and existing Industrial clients. Acting as a trusted advisor, you will ensure exceptional customer satisfaction, support growth opportunities, and deliver tailored logistics solutions that align with both client objectives and Visy’s broader business strategy.

This role suits a driven sales professional who excels in relationship management and solution delivery offering a diverse and rewarding career path within a globally recognised organisation.

What you’ll be doing:

• Manage and grow key industrial customer accounts through strong, trusted relationships
• Develop account plans to increase revenue, retention, and market share
• Identify new business opportunities within existing accounts
• Collaborate closely with internal teams to deliver seamless service and solutions
• Negotiate contracts and pricing to achieve commercial outcomes

What you’ll bring:

• Proven experience in a Key Account Management or Senior Account Management role
• Background in industrial, logistics, or B2B environments (preferred)
• Strong commercial acumen and negotiation skills
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management abilities
• A proactive, solutions-focused mindset
• Ability to work autonomously while collaborating effectively with internal teams
